To maintain the integrity of our operations and ensure fairness to all participants, we have implemented a strict No Refund Policy. Once registration fees are paid, they are non-refundable. This policy allows us to effectively plan and allocate resources for the season, including coaching staff, field rentals, and equipment. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we encourage participants to communicate with us if they encounter any challenges. While we are unable to offer refunds, we are always available to discuss alternative solutions and support our members to the best of our ability. By registering your child with FC Dayton, you agree to abide by the principles outlined in our Code of Conduct. These include promoting good sportsmanship, respecting coaches, referees, and opposing teams, and maintaining a positive attitude at all times. We also ask parents to refrain from engaging in any behavior that may be deemed disruptive or disrespectful, whether on the sidelines or during interactions with other parents. By adhering to these standards, we can create a safe and inclusive atmosphere where every child can thrive.
